High-Quality, Low-Cost Water

The high-quality and low-cost water that gets delivered to your home starts the journey by being pumped out of the Silurian-Devonian aquifer at one of our well sites. 

Aquifers are located deep within the ground under several layers of soil, sand and rock which helps remove many impurities and protect it from surface contaminates.

Water samples are taken every 2.5 minutes automatically to ensure we are providing the highest quality water. CFU staff also collect more than 600 samples across our distribution system annually for more comprehensive testing to ensure quality.

From the well sites, our water supply first meets any demand such as you filling a glass of water. The balance of the water flows to our four water towers for future use and to maintain system water pressure.
