CFU2Go Available for Android & iPhone

CFU2Go is our free mobile app for Android and iPhone devices. It's the fast and easy way to notify CFU if your power, internet, TV or phone service goes out. Rather than calling us to report an outage, just tap the app to instantly send us your outage report. The app is available at the Google Play and iOS App Stores. Set Up Your Services in the App After Download


  1. After you download the app, set up your services by tapping Add an Account, then select the service you want to set up. If you have TV, phone and/or internet from CFU, be sure to set up BOTH Electric and Communications services.  
  2. Select Add Account and enter your account information twice. You will need your CFU account number or a telephone number that matches our customer records. To update the phone numbers we have on file, please call Customer Service at 319-268-5280.
  3. After setup, both your Electric and your Communications services will be listed on your Profile. Watch the video below for step by step instructions.
  4. If your electric, TV, internet or phone service goes out, open the app and tap Report a Problem on the Home screen. Then select the service that is out.

*The CFU2Go app is not currently compatible with Android devices that cannot upgrade to version 10 or newer.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, leave the area immediately and do not operate light switches. From a safe location, call CFU's 24-hour gas emergency line at 319-268-5340.
