CFU Welcomes New Directors to Leadership Team

Cedar Falls Utilities has appointed two new Directors to help lead the utility in our mission to continue providing reliable and affordable services. Lane Peters is the new Director of Operations and Kent Halder is the new Director of Customer Service and Business Development.

Lane Peters has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Viterbo University. He brings 16 years of experience as a Project and Plant Manager at Dairyland Power Cooperative in La Crosse, Wisconsin to his new role.

Prior to being promoted to the Director of Customer Service and Business Development, Kent Halder served as the Communications Sales Manager and has been with CFU for more than 23 years.
