What can we help you find?

CFU collects or waives deposits based upon a customer's credit history with us. If a customer has a good payment history with CFU, then a service deposit is not required. CFU reserves the right to charge a deposit if:
The amount of an initial service deposit will be no more than the actual, or estimated, maximum charge for one month’s service in the last 12-month period. A reasonable deposit may be required for a temporary or unusual circumstance.
There are several ways to pay your utility bill including paying via automatic payment from your checking account, online, in person, or by using one of our drop boxes. For all the ways to pay, visit our Billing & Payment Info page.
