To apply for your rebate online you will need the following information:

Your account number from your utility bill (Find your account number)
Your premise ID from your utility bill (Find your Premise ID)
Installer information
Equipment specifications (make, model, etc.)
Proof of purchase (image or PDF of clearly itemized invoice)
Any required supporting documents
