Automatic Bill Payment Date to Change in April

Customers who use automatic payment or one time electronic transfer to pay their utility bills will notice ACH payments will process later beginning in April.

In the past, ACH payments typically processed on the bill due date. ACH payments will now process two to three days after your bill due date. This change will ensure customers have more time to make any necessary payment adjustments.
