Iowa Utilities Board Complaint Resolution

The Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) requires that all utilities in the state publish an annual notice advising customers of their right of appeal on certain complaints and where a qualified utility representative can be reached.
The following is a required notice to CFU customers:
Customers of Cedar Falls Utilities who desire assistance with resolving a complaint may ask for a customer service representative by stopping in the office at Cedar Falls Utilities, 1 Utility Parkway, Cedar Falls, IA, 50613 or by calling CFU customer service at 319-268-5280 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
If your complaint is related to electric or natural gas service disconnection, phone service, safety or renewable energy, and Cedar Falls Utilities does not resolve your complaint, you may request assistance from:
