If you smell gas, leave the area immediately. Do not operate light switches. From a safe location, call CFU at the number shown above. This is also the number to call if you need service from our gas department at any time of day.
Our outage report line is answered 24/7/365. Most of the time a CFU employee will personally assist you. During a widespread power outage, this number is answered by an automated system that enables CFU to take a large volume of calls at one time. When the automated system is active, you will be asked to enter a phone number that matches your customer records OR your CFU account number to report your outage.

If your TV, phone or internet service is out or you need tech support, call the Help Desk at 319-268-5221. The Help Desk is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
