CFU Protects Customer Information

CFU actively protects the privacy of your account records through the ways we store and share information.

First we store as little sensitive information as possible and any sensitive information that is in our records is encrypted.

Customer information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you call or visit CFU we protect your privacy by asking for identification. We also comply with special federal rules for protecting information about your telephone service plan billing details and call records.

Telephone customers are required to establish an account password when they start service. CFU representatives ask for the password before discussing protected information or changing your telephone service plan.

We appreciate your continued cooperation with CFU’s account privacy protections. For a copy of our complete privacy policy visit cfu.net/privacy.
