Arabella Apartments Upgrades Thermostats
Shane Sage, Property Manager and Technology Coordinator at Rent Cedar Valley, recently took advantage of this rebate to install WiFi-enabled thermostats at the Arabella Apartments located on First Street. By providing smart thermostats, residents will be able to make energy efficient choices and save on their utility bill.
Property Managers will also receive alerts if an issue arises in unoccupied units. Recently staff was alerted to an empty unit where a furnace was continuously running but the temperature was not increasing. Upon investigating, a door had blown open and staff was able to intervene within the hour, quickly saving wasted energy and money.
