Make life a little easier and do your part for the environment. Switch to an electronic utility bill and automatic payment from Cedar Falls Utilities.
Signing up for paperless billing means you’ll no longer have to keep track of a monthly statement that comes in the mail. Plus, by reducing paper waste, you can feel good about helping the environment.
You’ll be notified by email when your bill is available. On the web, you can easily and securely view up to 25 months of bills.
CFU also encourages customers to sign up for automatic payment from a checking or savings account. Once you register for automatic payment, your utility bill is securely and automatically deducted from an authorized account on the bill due date.
Automatic payment offers peace of mind. You will no longer have to worry about making payments on time and there is no charge for the service.
Get $5 and win $500!
CFU is offering a one-time $5 bill credit to customers who enroll in paperless billing and automatic payment. Sign up between May 1 and June 30 and you’ll receive the $5 bill credit within 60 days. Plus, you’ll be entered into a drawing for $500.
Customers who are already signed up for automatic payment and paperless billing are also eligible to win $500.
Starting in August, CFU will implement a convenience fee for one-time payments made by credit card, debit card or electronic check. This fee will not apply to automatic payments from a checking or savings account. Read this article for more information.
