Verify Your Water Remote to Avoid Back Billing

Your water meter may have an outdoor remote register that CFU reads each month to record your usage. Every three years we verify that the outdoor remote readings match the indoor water meter.

If it’s time to verify your water remote, CFU will send you a letter and may leave a yellow door card requesting your cooperation. Your reply will help prevent unreported usage that could result in back billing. Watch the video for easy DIY instructions. Thank you!
