Conduct Utility Business with an Online Utility Account

CFU customers can sign up for an online utility account to conduct utility business and update preferences from home.

Submit Meter Reads

CFU meter reading personnel will not be entering homes or businesses to read meters while the office is closed due to the COVID-19 health threat. If you have an indoor meter, you can provide us with updated meter reads to ensure accurate billing. View instructions and submit readings under My CFU Service on your utility account dashboard.

View and Compare Utility Usage

Keep an eye on your electric, gas, and water usage and compare amounts from the previous 18 months in an easy to read graph.

Set up Automatic Payments Or Pay Online

Easily set up automatic payments through your online account. Once you register for automatic payment, your utility bill is securely and automatically deducted from an authorized checking or savings account on the bill due date.

Or if you prefer, you can make a one-time payment online with a credit or debit card or electronic payment from a checking or savings account.

Sign up for Paperless Billing

Sign up for paperless billing to opt out of a monthly mailed statement. You’ll be notified by email when your bill is available on your online dashboard. Plus, access up to 25 months of previous bills.

Register for an online account at cfu.net/accountsetup. You will need your 10-digit account number from your paper bill and the last four digits of your social security number to register.
