Friday, September 11 Update:
An update has resolved all system-wide issues with PowerDVR service. DVR recording features, Catchup TV, Restart TV and Pause Live TV are working correctly.
Customers who still notice issues should restart their set-top box. If an isolated issue persists, please contact the Help Desk at 319-268-5221.
