Trouble accessing CFU email? Here's what to do

There was a problem with CFU's email platform (Zimbra) late Friday night into Saturday, but things should be working now. If you're still unable to access your email, you may need to do one of two things:

If you use an email client (such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Mac Mail, or a mobile device), you may need a password reset. We can set it to what it currently is. Please call the Help Desk so we can do this for you. The Help Desk can be reached at 319-268-5221 until midnight tonight, and 6 a.m. to midnight all week.

If you normally access your email through our website (webmail.cfu.net), you will need to clear your browser’s cache. With your browser open, hold Ctrl+Shift and press Delete. Your browser will take you to a place to clear your cache. You do not need to clear anything else, so uncheck the other boxes and execute the action. You then should be able to log in normally. If this still doesn't work for you, call the Help Desk at 319-268-5221. Help Desk is open until midnight tonight and 6 a.m to midnight all week.
