Cedar Falls Utilities' office on
Utility Parkway is closed until further notice for flood repair. Our
temporary customer service office is located at 1025 Technology Parkway in the
Cedar Falls Industrial Park.
Walk-in and telephone customer service hours at the temporary office are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30
p.m. Monday through Friday. To pay your utility bill:

pay by phone with a debit or credit card.

Use the exterior
payment drop box under the front door canopy at CFU's building on Utility
Parkway. (NOTE: The office building is CLOSED until further notice and payments deposited
at this drop box may not be posted to your account until the next business day.)

Pay in person at Wells Fargo or US Bank offices in downtown Cedar Falls
or on University Avenue.
