Can't connect to the internet

If you can't connect to the internet, try these solutions:

  • If you have more than one web browser installed on your computer, try the other one. 
  • Restart your computer, then try your connection again.
  • Close your web browser. Reset your cable modem by unplugging the power cord. If you use a router, unplug it, too. After a few seconds, plug the modem in. Wait until all four lights on the front of the modem are lit and not blinking, then plug the router in. Try your connection again. 
  • If you still can't connect, call the Help Desk at 319-268-5221.
