Change Cable & CyberNet Service Form
CFU cable
television and Internet services are
available only to residents who live within
the city limits of Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Use
this form to indicate your cable television
and CyberNet choices.
An appointment is necessary
for CyberNet and cable television installation.
Appointments are not necessary to disconnect
cable television. CFU Customer Services Representatives
are available to schedule a convenient time
to start, stop and change your cable television
services. Please call CFU at 319-268-5283
Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and
5:30 p.m.
If you would like a CFU Representative
to call you, please provide the information
requested below. A CFU representative will
call you to answer any questions you have
and arrange a convenient time for installation
of the optional services you request.
