If
you are unable to log-in to your e-mail client even after your username and
password have been entered correctly, close your e-mail client. Open your web browser, and go to this URL: https://www.google.com/a/cfu.net/accounts/UnlockCaptcha. This will take you to the screen below. Enter your full CFU e-mail address and password. Then type the letters from the garbled screen image in the text box below the image, and click Unlock.

Next open your e-mail client and try to log-in again. If the problem
persists, please call the CFU Help Desk at 268-5221.
