No picture - black or blue screen
- Verify power to outlet works
- Check the power to the TV set
- If your cable is hooked up through a VCR, be sure the VCR is set to channel 3 or 4 (depending on your TV)
- If your TV is hooked to a digital set-top box, make sure the box is turned on
- If multiple devices (DVD player, game console, etc.) are hooked to your TV, make sure your input is set to cable when you want to watch TV
- If you are not getting a picture on any TV in your home, there may be a service outage in your area. Please call the Help Desk at 319-268-5221.
