If your ordered a pay-per-view program that failed to play, please contact customer service at 319-268-5283 so that you will not be billed for it. Billing happens automatically if the event plays for even a few seconds. We are able to verify from program logs whether the event played and for how long, and will reverse the charge if the event failed to play.
