If you see a message that says "one moment, channel will be available shortly" when you tune to an HD channel included with your cable service, try refreshing your set-top box by turning it off, waiting 20-30 seconds and turning it back on. If the problem is not solved, call the Help Desk at 319-268-5221.
Note that HD reception of broadcast channels (ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and IPTV) is available using the QAM tuner in your HDTV without a set-top box. To receive any other network in HD, you need a digital set-top box. HD channels are numbers 402-485.
