Sid Morris Vilas "Sid" L. Morris, Jr., Vice-Chair,
January 1998 - Present

Vilas “Sid” Morris retired from a career in educational administration in July 1995. After 40 years of service he retired from teaching and administration in the local system which included AEA VII, River Hills School and Waterloo schools. His service to the community has spanned decades and has involved leadership roles in various fraternal and service organizations, numerous boards and commissions, as well as elective and appointive city offices. Sid brings to the Board years of experience in administration and management, as well as expertise in leadership and organizational skills.
Richard Eades Richard Eades, January 1, 2003 - Present
Richard (Dick) Eades retired from CFU after 38 years serving mostly as the Electric Department Manager. Eades is a lifetime resident of Cedar Falls and has served on several civic and governmental boards including the Cedar Falls Chamber of Commerce Board, Cedar Valley Economic Development Board, Cedar Falls Planning and Zoning Commission, Community Main Street, and the Board of the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities (IAMU). He is presently a safety and training consultant for the IAMU.
Roger Kueter Roger A. Kueter, Secretary, January 1, 1996 - Present
Roger Kueter is professor and director of community college projects at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI).  Before moving into this role he was Department Head of Teaching and Director of the Office of Student Field Experiences for many years.  Roger is a long-time resident of Cedar Falls.  He co-chaired the Citizens Wired for the Future Committee that led the community effort to organize the new CFU Communications Utility.  Roger was appointed as Trustee at the time the Cedar Falls voters increased the Board from three to five members. Roger Kueter is a community leader in fund raising doing benefit auctions, where he has assisted with raising millions of dollars over the years for Cedar Valley organizations and institutions. 
Pam Taylor Pam Taylor, Chair, June 2002 - Present
Pamela “Pam” Taylor is the Administrator/Treasurer for Taylor Veterinary Hospital. A Cedar Falls resident for more than 35 years, Pam is actively involved in the community. She is a local business owner and has participated in the following boards and commissions: Cedar Trails Partnership, Community Main Street, Cedar Falls Cable Commission and the Cedar Falls eGovernment Taskforce.  
Johnny Dickinson Johnny Dickinson, October 2005 - Present
Johnny Dickinson previously worked for Deere & Company for 33 years and retired as Division Marketing Manager. Additionally, Johnny has served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, the Cedar Falls Historical Society, the Ice House Museum Council, the Airport Marketing Taskforce and the John Deere Supervisors Club.
John Larsen John C. Larsen, Board of Trustees Counsel, June 1988 - Present
John Larsen was named as only the second attorney to the CFU Board of Trustees in May 1988. John was born in Cedar Falls and has practiced law in Cedar Falls since 1978. John holds a B.A. degree from Wartburg College and a law degree from the University of Iowa. John is a partner in the law firm Redfern, Mason, Larsen & Moore. He is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cedar Falls Community Schools Foundation and the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa. John provided legal guidance during the formation and operation of the CFU Communications Utility.
